Privacy notice
Short version: we only collect what you give us to send you emails you asked for, and you can leave any time.
Who we are
This website is run by Theon Bower, a DJ and producer based in London, UK. For anything about your data, email bookings@theonbower.com.
What we collect, and why
- Mailing list. Your email address, and if you choose to share them, your first name and city. We use these to send you news about Theon's music, shows and projects, and to tell you about shows near you.
- Promo list. Your name, email address, what you do, where you play, broadcast or write, and optionally a link to your work, your country and a note. We use these to send you new music ahead of release and to understand who is playing it.
We rely on your consent, which you give by submitting a sign-up form. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email, or by emailing us.
Who processes it
Sign-ups are stored and emails are sent with Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which processes the data on our behalf within the EU. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. We never sell your data or share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If you unsubscribe, we keep only your email address on a suppression list so we don't email you again.
Cookies and embeds
This site doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies. The Spotify and SoundCloud players only load when you click them; those services may then set their own cookies under their own policies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how it's used, by emailing bookings@theonbower.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
